FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER AND WASTEWATER LINES FOR THE ANTHONY WATER AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT TO TIERRA NUEVA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) for the construction of water and wastewater lines for the Anthony water and sanitation department to Tierra Nueva in Dona Ana county.
