SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1218

FOR A POWERLINE PROJECT IN THE WHITE ROCK CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION AND PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a powerline project in the White Rock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county; and

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for phase 2 design, construction, renovation and upgrade of the facilities and site at the Navajo preparatory school in San Juan county.
