FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS FOR RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for infrastructure improvements for Raton in Colfax county.
