FOR THE PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPPING OF A HALL OF HONOR AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the planning, designing, constructing and equipping of a hall of honor at New Mexico highlands university in San Miguel county.
