FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CENTER FOR THE EDUCATION AND STUDY OF DIVERSE POPULATIONS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) for the construction of the center for the education and study of diverse populations at New Mexico highlands university in San Miguel county.
