FOR GOLF COURSE RENOVATION AND IMPROVEMENTS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

six hundred ninety-five thousand five hundred dollars ($695,500) to renovate and improve the golf course at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
