FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ROCK SPRINGS CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for road improvements for the Rock Springs chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
