SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1175

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CAPITAN IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the wastewater treatment plant in Capitan in Lincoln county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for street improvements in Capitan in Lincoln county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct an addition to the public library in Capitan in Lincoln county.
