FOR A DETENTION CENTER AT THE COURTHOUSE IN CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate the detention center at the courthouse in Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
