FOR THE MEDICAL FACILITY IN ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to design, construct, equip and furnish the medical facility in Estancia in Torrance county.
