FOR PURCHASING A COMPACTOR FOR THE NORTHWEST NEW MEXICO REGIONAL SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY SERVING THE NAVAJO NATION AND MCKINLEY, CIBOLA AND SAN JUAN COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to purchase a compactor for the northwest New Mexico regional solid waste authority serving the Navajo Nation and McKinley, Cibola and San Juan counties.
