FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN MESCALERO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the wastewater treatment facility in Mescalero in Otero county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements and construction at the fire department in Mescalero in Otero county.
