FOR LAND ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A PARKING LOT FOR THE HEAD START PROGRAM IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-three thousand four hundred dollars ($33,400) to acquire land and construct a parking lot for the head start program in Artesia in Eddy county.
