FOR UPGRADE OF THE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR SPRINGER MUNICIPAL PARK IN SPRINGER IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for upgrade of the playground equipment for Springer municipal park in Springer in Colfax county.
