FOR A WARM WATER FISH HATCHERY, REARING STATION AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of game and fish

seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000) to acquire land for, design, construct and equip a warm water fish hatchery, rearing station and educational center in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
