SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1009

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for phase 2 of the Blue Hole road reconstruction in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan and design streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, sewer lines and water lines for rehabilitation of Fifth and Sixth streets in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan and design an industrial park in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and design a downtown revitalization project, including street, curb, gutter, sidewalk, lighting and added plaza construction, in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
