FOR ASPHALT AND PAVING FOR A PARKING STRUCTURE AT ALBUQUERQUE TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute

three hundred ten thousand dollars ($310,000) for asphalt and paving for a parking structure at Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in Bernalillo county.
