SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 970

REQUESTED BY Cynthia Nava

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE ANTHONY WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for acquisition of and construction of a building to house a sludge belt press for the Anthony water and sanitation district in Dona Ana county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for phase 1 construction of a public service complex for the Anthony water and sanitation district in Dona Ana county.
