FOR WATER RIGHTS FOR MILAN, GRANTS AND CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

fifteen million six hundred thirty-four thousand five hundred dollars ($15,634,500) to purchase water rights for the village of Milan, the city of Grants and Cibola county.
