FOR PHASE 1 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SOUTH VALLEY MULTIPURPOSE FAMILY SERVICES CENTER IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for phase 1 design and construction of the south valley multipurpose family services center in Bernalillo county.
