FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION AT THE NATIONAL ATOMIC MUSEUM IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the office of cultural affairs pursuant to Subsection 8 of Section 10 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to construct and equip the national atomic museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for grading, stabilization, sidewalks, parking lots and other infrastructure design and development at the National Atomic museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
