FOR DEVELOPING A COUNTY PARK ON RIO BRAVO BOULEVARD BETWEEN SECOND STREET AND THE RIO GRANDE IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to develop a county park on Rio Bravo boulevard between Second street and the Rio Grande in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
