FOR A COMMUNICATIONS AND DISTANCE LEARNING PROJECT AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for phase 1 of a communications and distance learning infrastructure project at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
