FOR PHASE 1 OF THE MAIN STREET DRAINAGE PROJECT IN MORIARTY IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct phase 1 of the Main street drainage project in Moriarty in Torrance county.
