FOR UPGRADING THE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM FOR THE COURTHOUSE IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for upgrading the heating and cooling system for the courthouse in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
