FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SANTA ROSA SATELLITE BUILDING FOR THE LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to plan, design and construct the Santa Rosa satellite building for the Luna vocational-technical institute in Guadalupe county.
