FOR CONTINUED CONSTRUCTION OF THE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FACILITY FOR THE LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for continued construction of the instructional programs facility for the Luna technical-vocational institute in San Miguel county.
