FOR REAUTHORIZING A
SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO BUILD THE BAYO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
IN LOS ALAMOS COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 428 of Section 22 of Chapter
110 of Laws 2002 to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a visitor and
interpretive center to be built on lands owned by Los Alamos county shall not
be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to
the department of environment to build a new Bayo wastewater treatment plant,
demolish the old facility and restore the old site in Los Alamos county.
