FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON LOWELL STREET IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000) for drainage improvements on Lowell street in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
