FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE THOMAS BELL COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct improvements to the Thomas Bell community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
