FOR THE HOPE COMMUNITY DITCH ASSOCIATION TO DRILL WELLS AND CONSTRUCT PIPELINE IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for the drilling of wells and the construction of a pipeline for the Hope community ditch association in Eddy county.
