FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RUNNING TRACK AT TULAROSA HIGH SCHOOL IN TULAROSA MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred forty-seven thousand dollars ($147,000) to repair and resurface the running track at Tularosa high school in Tularosa municipal school district in Otero county.
