FOR SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUNDS IN CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for safety improvements on the playgrounds of the elementary schools in the Carlsbad municipal school district in Eddy county.
