FOR THE ZOLLINGER LIBRARY BASEMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO GALLUP CAMPUS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to construct, furnish and equip a basement for the Zollinger library at the university of New Mexico Gallup campus in McKinley county.
