SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 500

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Gay G. Kernan

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for improvements on roads in Curry county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for roof repair on county buildings in Curry county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for improvements to the Curry county fairgrounds in Curry county.
