FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WELLS PARK COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for improvements, including design, renovation, demolition, construction and equipping, to the Wells Park community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
