FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO SOUTH SIDE RIVER ROAD IN FARMINGTON IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) for improvements to South Side River road in Farmington in San Juan county.
