FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred forty thousand dollars ($340,000) for construction of a water line in Bloomfield in San Juan county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for dredging of the Bloomfield reservoir in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
