FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A COMMUNITY HEALTH FACILITY IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a community health facility in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
