FOR CONSTRUCTING A NEW JOY CENTER IN HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

five hundred seventy-five thousand five hundred seventy-five dollars ($575,575) to plan, design and construct a JOY center in Hagerman to serve the Hagerman and Dexter areas of Chaves county.
