FOR CONSTRUCTING A VETERANS' MEMORIAL WALL IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to construct a veterans' memorial wall in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
