FOR A SOLID WASTE TRANSFER AND RECYCLING CENTER OUTSIDE OF RUIDOSO DOWNS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for land acquisition and design of a solid waste transfer and recycling center outside of Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county.
