FOR UPGRADING AND PAVING PINON TRAIL IN THE EAST MOUNTAIN AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($215,000) to upgrade and pave Pinon trail in the east mountain area of Bernalillo county.
