FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CARNUEL MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER AND WASTEWATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to design and construct water system improvements for the Carnuel mutual domestic water and wastewater consumers association in Bernalillo county.
