FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN TIJERAS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) of the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the state department of public education pursuant to Subsection 17 of Section 23 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to purchase library books, shelving and library furniture for East Mountain charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to the department of environment for phase 3 water system improvements in Tijeras in Bernalillo county.
