FOR A WATER SURVEY OF THE EAST MOUNTAIN AREA OF SANDOVAL, SANTA FE AND BERNALILLO COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to conduct a water survey of the east mountain area of Sandoval, Santa Fe and Bernalillo counties.
