HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 405

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Anna M. Crook

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one million dollars ($1,000,000) for the design, engineering and reconstruction of West Seventh street in Clovis in Curry county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for designing, constructing and equipping the Bob Spencer baseball field in Clovis in Curry county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the design, development and construction of roads and infrastructure at the Clovis industrial park in Clovis in Curry county.
