FOR A MONUMENT TO ELFEGO BACA IN RESERVE IN CATRON COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design and construct a monument to Elfego Baca in Reserve in Catron county.
