REAUTHORIZATION TO EXPAND THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR
THE SENIOR CENTER IN MAGDALENA IN SOCORRO COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the state agency on aging pursuant to Subsection 31
of Section 3 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to construct, equip and furnish the
senior center in Magdalena in Socorro county may also be expended to design
that center.
