FOR WATER RIGHTS PURCHASE FOR CIMARRON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase water rights for Cimarron in Colfax county.
